Chinese Chives are flat, wide, green stem leaves which can grow up to 14 inches in length. The are also known as garlic chives because of their rich flavour and are comparable to a less pungent combination of garlic and onion.
 
Suitable for both cooked and raw consumption Chinese Chives are a classic element of pad Thai and many other Asian dishes.
 
They can also be used in stir-fries, tempura, stuffed into dumplings, and used in egg dishes.
